My name is Kim Browder.  I have been a high school teacher for 23 years, 11 years in the Greene County School system and 12 years in the  Demopolis City Schools system.  I grew up in Gardendale, Alabama and continued my education at Livingston University (now the University of West Alabama). I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Science,  a Masters in the Art of teaching History and an Educational Specialists degree in teacher leadership.  I have held numerous positions throughout my career from History Department Chair to remediation teacher.  I am currently a high school history teacher, Response to Instruction Problem Solving Team chair, Continuous   Improvement  Team chair, Demopolis Education Association President, and an Impact 180 teacher.  Most importantly, I am Joey Browder’s wife and Skyler Browder’s mother.
